Our Mission

A proper lawn sprinkler system installation is not only designed to provide the appropriate amount of water so that your plants can flourish, but also do it in a way that conserves the most amount of water. This all begins with a properly designed sprinkler system, followed by a professional installation. Our State of Michigan Licensed irrigators have installed sprinkler systems in Midland, Michigan and it’s surrounding areas for over 25 years and are experienced in both residential and commercial installations. The installation processes for every property type can vary, but the principle of water flow and conservation is the same. To that end, we design the most efficient irrigation system in order to provide water to plants and grass without wasting water, saving you money, while being conscious of our environment.

Midland Sprinkler Systems Design Phase

Our experienced sprinkler technical will come out and survey your property for the best Midland sprinkler system installation.  We will map out the required zones, and sprinkler head placement to properly supply the optimal amount of water to your yard.   Our technician will then go over the proposed layout and cover any questions you may have.

Keep in mind, the ultimate lawn sprinkler design only waters green areas with the minimal water required.  This means your system should not be watering fences, concrete, or non-green areas.  We will take into account the location of your grass, trees, plants in your flower beds, and the location of your sidewalks, driveways, and any other fixtures in or around your yard.  We will chose the proper type of sprinkler head that will be used, weather it is pop-up heads, nozzles, risers, or drip lines. The controller should also be timed correctly for each zone, and each type of plant life being watered in that zone.

Parts Selection

We only use commercial grade parts in our new sprinkler system installations.  Some installers will use residential grade sprinkler heads and valves, as to the untrained eye they appear to be the same.  However, residential parts distribute water less efficiently, costing you more in the long-run.   That is why we have chosen to use the commercial grade components from the start, because quality products now will save you on water bills and repair costs later.

Lawn Sprinkler Installation

Once you have selected us as your Midland sprinkler system installation specialist, we will schedule a time to begin installation.  On installation day, we will show up with all valves, pipes, sprinkler heads, nozzles based on the specifications from our planning phase.  We will layout the parts in a rough diagram of how we will install them.  Our installation technicians will then begin to dig the trenches for the piping, and the holes for the valves.  We will make every attempt to to make the least amount of mess in your yard and grass.  We will save any sod where we have to dig so that it can be quickly placed back, watered, and  seamlessly integrated back into your yard.  Once completed, our installation foreman will walk the property and confirm all wholes are covered, and all sod is placed back.

Controller Programming

The last step of the installation process is the system testing and controller setup.  Our specialized technician will first run each zone to ensure it’s coverage is that which we found during the planning stages.  We will adjust nozzles and ensure everything is running properly.  We will then set your initial watering schedule based also on the water specifications during the planning stages.

At this time we will walk through the system and controller with you.  Once we feel you are satisfied with the installation we will turn the system over to you.  But don’t worry, we are always here for you for anything you need, such as winterization, spring turn-ons, or any repairs needed.
